Where can one buy the full spectrum of goat offal in the Bay Area?
I have a friend who's doing Paleo and because of her Greek background, she likes to eat goat.
She's having the hardest time finding proper goat offal. She can find the usual stuff, e.g. heart, liver, but not intestines, pancreas, etc.
Anybody know where all the "bits" can be bought?

If not at halal butchers, then The Local Butcher Shop in Berkeley.
