Yonkers area rehearsal dinner, 70 - 80 people

Looking for a place for a rehearsal dinner in or around Yonkers in August. I am from out of state, but have contacted X2O, Dohphin, Harvest on Hudson, and Half Moon. These cost about $120 - $140 per person, but would like to try to find something closer to $100, any ideas? What do you think about these locations? Thanks!

Try "Olde Stone Mill" on the border of Yonkers and Tuckahoe. Nice space. The places you mentioned are on the water, is that neccessary? This place is on the Bronx River.

I say call those places back and work on the price. Harvest and X2O would be a great place to have a rehearsal dinner and should totally work w/in your $100 budget - especially in August. I went to a sit down 40th birthday dinner at Harvest (included a very nice cocktail hour) and I am sure there is no way they spent more than $100 pp. Seriously - restaurants are hurting in August around here and neither one of those places have a shot of getting $140 pp.

I'm not sure of any places that will charge a lower rate, but don't book the Dolphin. It's definitely not on par with X2O or Harvest on the Hudson. I haven't been to Half Moon, but I've heard good things about it (same owners as Harvest on the Hudson).
