Private room for 15 people on a Saturday night that doesn't require a set menu

Help! I am trying to plan a shower/party for my sister on a Saturday in April and looking for the perfect spot. I would ideally like to find a place with a private room, or space, but doesn't require us to have a set menu for food. We would like to keep it under 100$ per person.

I don't think that we would meet that high of a minimum. Any other suggestions?
