Agreed. Funny to read "Grendel's Lair" (Never went, but remember it being mentioned on the radio when I was a kid). Also enjoyed reading that Ansill applied to Ladder 15 off Craig's List.

I am pretty old. I was appearing in the play that preceded the one that was on when David worked there ("The Fantastick's" - nothing like the "naked" play!). I guess I just missed meeting him earlier. Grendel's Lair was a great place owned by Phil Roy -- one of the icons from the days when South Street was artsy and cool. Of course, we old folks always say our day was better. :-)
