Help!? need rec's for wifeys 40th b-day. northern ocean county.

I'd like to make my wife's 40th something to remember. So I am looking for a restaurant/place to hold a small party at. I know she would want a fun atmosphere and since I would invite her co-workers as well as family and friends it would be best if there was something to keep people busy. Maybe for a group of 20-25 people. Definitely casual. Any ideas?? Thanks.

Northern Ocean County is a culinary wasteland. What type of setting are you looking for and how far would you be willing to travel? Monmouth county, a few miles further north would be your best bet.
