Vapiano's arugula salad dressing

Has anyone managed to duplicate Vapiano's addictive arugula-mustard salad dressing? I've tried an internet search to no avail.

I found this in Pinterest. I translated it from the original German (Vapiano is a German chain) via Google Translate. I haven't tried it yet, but will and will report back. (Sorry about the mix of metric and volume measurements.)

        Vapiano arugula mustard dressing
        Serves 2
        10 minutes
        2 egg whites
        30g arugula
olive oil 4 Tbs (or less, to taste) **
        1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
        1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
        A splash Tabasco

        1. For the dressing beat egg whites until fluffy and puree with the arugula, olive oil, vinegar, mustard and Tabasco. Season with salt and pepper
        My tip
Arugula can be very sharp. Who responds first once should start with 20g arugula puree and ordered to open and after a few stems [translated from original German--???]. The Tabasco but do not leave out - it is an important part of the dressing, its sharpness is neutralized in the dressing.

**El is translated as tablespoon, dessert spoon, or soup spoon. It may be slightly less than a tablespoon, so best to try this out and adjust measurement to taste. Other commenters swear it's a tablespoon.

      2. Is it FOR arugula, or does it have arugula in it?
