hors d'oeuvres supply

I have a cocktail party I am supposed to cook for next weekend, and I am preparing to make a number of hors d'oeuvres. In Europe, they have Metro, which supplies food to chefs and where you can pick up a lot of base items, such as premade tartlette shells and such. Is there any place in NYC where one can find premade tartlette shells, mini blini and other such items in quantity?

I don't know of a place specifically like that, but both fairway and zabars carry the mini blini.
