Da Lat in Richmond is closing/changing?
From what I heard 3rd hand (my friend spoke to someone who spoke with the restaurant on the phone) Da Lat on West Broad is going through some kind of change.
The friend said something about it becoming part of a Pho chain, unfortunately I don't remember the name of it.
Anyone else heard or seen anything? It would be a shame as I have had some very tasty lunches here.
