Cong You Bing or Green Onion pancake. Who's got them in the metro?

      And it's very very good (not that I really have a frame of reference beyond the fact that I think it's tasty). Though it doesn't do as well in a takeout scenario....

      This is also a very typical Taiwanese dish, you should be able to find it at Evergreen Taiwanese restaurant on Nicollet. If it's not on the menu, ask the friendly owners about it, I'm sure they can make it.

      They also have shao bing / you tiao, if you're looking for other "chinese crepes"
