Sedona - Elote?

I understand that Elote does not take reservations, and that it's very popular. Their website says that they open at 5:00, but how late do they serve dinner? We prefer to eat late anyway, is going later a better option re wait time? Also is there a bar where you can have a drink while waiting?

There is a bar, but that gets pretty crowded too. I'd suggest calling the restaurant directly re hours and how much of a wait, if any, is typical on the later side.
