Tips for Dining, Eating, and Food Shopping in Manhattan

Chelsea area restaurant/bar for informal late night (11PM) meetup?

Hi Folks,

I'm coming to NYC and will be seeing some theater on a Saturday night.

Afterwards, at 11, we'd like to meet up with some friends.in the Chelsea area to eat, drink, and talk.
The group will be somewhere between probably 5-10 people, and we'd like to be able to just tell people to meet up if they can.

So:
-- no reservations.
-- not expensive
-- open late, but not a madhouse at 11PM on a Saturday
-- chelsea area desired, but not crucial
-- cuisine not important

          Retraction. Bar Veloce wouldn't really be doable for a group of 10 at 11 p.m. on a Saturday.
