I recently had a very interesting and tasty red bean bun stuffed with a mochi-like substance (most likely mochiko powder). I heard it was from a bakery called Kelly's near San Gabriel and Las Tunas but that's all I found out.

I searched the web for it but to no avail. Anyone know what I'm talking about? HELP!

You can also buy this pastry, and other variations of mochi inside, at any Chinese bakery, like Cathy's, Kuo's, JJ, RJ, Taipan, and so on.
