Puerto Rico Help!

Hey there,
My wife and I are taking a much needed vacation and will be staying in a condo at the Rio Mar Resort. We are NYC hounds and will travel almost any distance for good chow. I've been reading the past threads but here is what I'm looking for:

1) Casual (possibly very casual) authentic Puerto Rican food be it street food, coffee, whatever.

2) A couple upscale suggestions, for trendy nights out. I want to see how talented chefs use the ingredients of the area.

3) Markets where we might be able to buy food to prepare at home. We will have a kitchen and would love to have a night or two in if we can find good things to prepare at home.

We will have a car and travel is not an issue.

Thanks in advance for your help!
