Dress code for Cafe Le Hobbit, L'Echaude and Le Beffroi Steak House?

My boyfriend and I will be in Quebec City for Carnval and snowboarding at Mont St. Anne. We will be bundled up with snowpants and snow gear for most of the day but we also want really good food!

Our eating plan is....

Cafe Le Hobbit - LUNCH
L'Echaude - DINNER
Le Beffroi Steak House - DINNER
Paillard - LUNCH

How is the dress code for these places. Will it be akward to be in snowpants, snowboots, fleece sweaters/ under armour base layers? We could change but just need to know what to pack

I'd say casual for all places (jeans, sweater ... ) especially during the Carnaval.

FYI, Mont Ste-Anne is not _that_ close to the city ( I'd say about 40-50 minutes), Me think if you want to eat in the city at lunch and still enjoy the mountain you will waste a lot of time driving around (and finding parking space, ... )

Yup, we are planning to have lunch near Mont St Anne on our snowboarding Day but have lunch on our last QC day at Pillards
