Tampa Steakhouse for Bachelor Party Weekend

Sandwich_Sister Jan 30, 2012 09:37 AM

My husband is trying to find a good steakhouse for a bachelor party weekend. I believe around 6-8 guys.

What do you think?

Bern's or Mise en Place?

or recommend your favorite.

Last question is how dressy is the attire at these places? I'm not sure if all of them would be interesting in dressing up.

(not a knock on Mise by ANY stretch, by the way -- it's an awesome restaurant, and has been for a long time...but it's not a steakhouse)

For a group of fellows, this is my choice. Call ahead and request the "bone in tenderloin". The best in the area.

      Bern's is THE steakhouse.

Golf shirts and Dockers will be fine.

Thank you, that sounds perfect. I had my husband pull up the the Bern's site and look at their menu. He got excited about it.

I know all the guys will be able to pull of the golf shirts and dockers,

Mise en Place is not a steakhouse though they can likely get a steak there. If they haven't been to Bern's before they should go there. It is a fun experience especially if they do the tour and the dessert room.

Thank you! I will let them know.

Funny some place I was looking had Mise en Place listed as a steakhouse. Oh well, they seemed very pleased with Bern's menu.

If anyone in the group likes Scotch they should check out Bern's Scotch list, there are hundreds of them available by the glass.
