kids birthday parties-restaurants

i'm looking to throw a birthday party for my 4 year old. is there a restaurant where the kids can make their own pizza or baked goods? preferably in astoria, LIC, forest hills or bayside.

that cooking school on 72nd ave in Forest Hills has a pizza party you can do..my son went there for someone's 5th year party and it was so much fun for him..they made individual pizzas and ate them and then had ice cream sundae's...

Salerno's Bakery in Whitestone does kids party (decorate your own cupcake). Uno's on Bell Blvd does make your own pizza for kids.
