Udon noodle ideas?

I love udon noodles. I have tons of them sitting in my pantry because I have exhausted the few ways of making them that I am familiar with and like. I enjoy them both hot and cold. I like them in broth and just as a noodle dish as well.

My question is, does anyone have any good recipes or ideas on new ways to eat udon noodles? To use them in other dishes? What is your favorite dish involving udon noodles?

I really want to know, how do you like your udon noodles?

    "just as a noodle dish" means...?

    I use them only fir stir frying dishes. If you make a typical chinese stir fry, say beef and some vegetables in black bean sauce - you drop the cornstarch, and you stir in the noodles, and have a dinner for yourself. That´s what I do.

      Hello! I have a very famous italian recipe. Very easy to make it. It's called Pasta Aglio e Olio. That is to say Pasta, garlic and oil. Do you know it?
