oyster shucker needed

I'm looking to hire an oyster shucker/charbroiler for a small party. Any recommendations????

    I'd call Drago's and ask if one of their guys wants a little extra cash. I have no idea how possessive they are about their recipe, though. If they are secretive then I guess the Quarter houses might be easier. Shuckers are a dime a dozen but some are better than others, especially keeping the things free of muck and shell
