Americans seeking Sydney restaurant advice

We'll be in Sydney in late February, following a cruise. We're staying at the Four Seasons for several nights and we like good restaurants. Our favorite cuisine is "fusion" style that blends Asian, French and other influences. We also like fresh seafood. We will be dining pretty well on the ship, I think, so we don't need extremely expensive restaurants or heavy dining. Would appreciate any suggestions.
