Recipe for Lemon Sage Cupcakes?

I once had this amazing lemon sage cupcake at Dean & Deluca in NYC. Does anyone know a recipe for them? I would love to make them for Valentine's Day. Or, if you don't have a recipe specifically for this, do you know a great lemon cupcake/frosting recipe and/or how I would add sage flavor? Thanks so much!
