Cooked Lobster Meat Sources?

Any tips on where to find cooked fresh lobster meat? I need about 1.5 lbs. Whole Foods is my only idea...I want to avoid Costco (not a member) and Trader Joe's (no car and a little out of the way for me). Anywhere in SF easily accessible by Bart or Muni would be great.

I go to New England Lobster in SSF, not easy on transit but the freshest product around. I usually call the day before, and they poach and pull the lobster meat for me right before I come and pick it up. Nice guys there too.

I've had friends get product before at I Love Blue Sea but they are spendy. You can arrange for pick up at Radius instead of paying shipping.

You could also call Sun Fat on Mission and ask if they could cook a lobster for you. I've bought fresh there before.
