I have never been and I am considering a visit soon. Any feedback?

Haven't been in a while, after the second time that I left in frustration with the poor service. The first time we left after a half hour when it became obvious that no one had actually placed our order. We decided that our first visit might have been on a bad day, so we tried again a few months later. That time we left after 15 minutes of being ignored - no menu, drink order, etc - despite telling the host that we needed to see a movie in an hour. (I've never left another restaurant in frustration.)

Meh. There are far better (although more expensive) burgers to be had in the area. We've been there a couple of times...I found the food to be mediocre and the service poor.

love it - I'd rank it in my top 3 favorite burgers. Try "the ultimate".

Completely agree on the poor service so would not recommend going when very hungry. That said, if you have some extra time and don't mind a longer than needed wait, I do think the burgers are good and the front bar area (newer than the rest as it expanded a couple of years back) is a good spot for a drink or two.

Not great. Service is spotty and it's a bit expensive for what you get. In Norwalk, The Sono Brewhouse and the Beach Burger are better. IMO Prime 16 reigns supreme as far as burger joints in CT.

I have been a few times early last year and I would agree the service was less than stellar but I decided to give it another shot after I heard it was under new management and I have to say my experience was wonderful. The place has changed a lot. It is very family friendly yet still hip. It seems a lot cleaner and much more organized. The food was excellent and the service was great. They have a great craft beer selection and even have a dog menu...Yes they encourage you to bring your dog to the patio. Pretty cool! Overall I would agree with the earlier comments about bad service but what ever the new management has done has worked. Inside information-try the fried pickles! They rock!
