Freezing won ton cups

I want to make mini wonton cups (in a mini muffin pan) and fill will various fillings...but they are for a large party (125 people) so I wondered if I can bake them and then freeze them ...then thaw out the same day as the party and fill...is that possible? Or what should I do?

  1. They freeze very well - just defrost and fill. I used to freeze them nested carefully in zip lock bags. They're still crisp after defrosting.
