Dinner and Drinks in Toronto on a Saturday Night???

I'm looking for a fun place to go for dinner and drinks on a Saturday night with a group of people where we can have dinner and stay for the whole night.

Here's the criteria:
- able to accommodate a group of 10-15 people (with reservation preferably)
- good food and drinks
- open late
- hopefully not dead by 11pm
- downtown-ish
- not a club like (e.g. Brant House or Roosevelt Room)
- no line/cover for the people who might come for just drinks

Does a place like this even exist? I am asking for too much?
