Flavor compounds (for macaron shells) in GTA

Does anyone know where I can buy small amounts (not industrial size) of flavor compounds for macaron shells?

Here is a link to give you an idea:

TIA!

    Hi RD,

I came across your question and would love to know if you ended up finding smaller quantities of flavor compounds for macarons. Thanks!!

I've seen many different flavourings at Golda's Kitchen website

Thanks Julia, I should have been more specific. I was looking for powdered compounds. Golda's is a great place; I buy most of my baking supplies from there.

Sorry, haven't seen any powdered ones. I figured that since Golda's has very strong concentrates of flavours you wouldn't need more than a couple of drops and therefore the amount of liquid will not get increased too much, so it should work with macarons.

I think I will give it a try. Macarons are a PITA (pain in the ***) to make ... temperamental little things!! Thanks again Julia :)
