Sudbury in 24 hrs

Seem to remember mention of a good chef up there. Also...good non-greasy spoon for breakfast?

Going to be in Sudbury for 3 meals this summer. I've read the old thread but a lot of the posts are from 2007, plus a big digression into Timmins, and lots of "finer" dining options. I'm going to be there with the hubby & young kids and definitely not looking for urban/sophisticated/ethnic, more casual, local gems. If the timing works we will try the porchetta at Regency. Wondering about Frank's Deli.

La Boulangerie du Village for breakfast if coffee and pastry is enough
