Where can I buy coconut sugar in Montreal? Appreciate your assistance.

    Marché "Thai Hour" on JTalon & St.Denis. In the left isle as you go in the door. Have also seen it at the big place "Fu-Thai?" in Plaza CDN.

          Otherwise maybe one of the better health-food stores? i.e. Fleur Sauvage, A Votre Santé, etc. Depends if you're looking for Asian-branded or "natural"-branded stuff.

            Marché Soupson, the "soup depanneur" at 149 Jean-Talon W. (corner Waverly) uses coconut sugar in their addictive spiced spanish marcona almonds roasted in-house and brownies. The owner is really nice - I'm pretty sure if she doesn't stock it on the shelves, she would sell you some from her supplies and suggest other places to get it. I highly recommend their soups, which change daily and are all vegan.
