Medi Bar and Grill in Miami Beach: AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
Tourist beware. Never, ever sit down in this restaurant. I'm pretty sure the locals would never go there. But tourists don't know the deal there so they lure you in. Two for one drinks? Yea, but the one drink cost a staggering, heart stopping $55!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unbelievable. Two drinks (one was "free" you know), one order of extremely, sub-par calamari, plus an auto tip of $11.50 (there were two of us eating, really? An auto tip for two people?) came to $87.00 with the tax added in. CRAZY. They'll try to get you to sit down as you walk by and tell you abou the great value drinks and food they have. Please don't be the suckers we were. If "sucker" and/or "tourist" is written on your forehead, they'll be ALL over you.
