Looking for Poulain Hot Chocolate Mix in GTA or Ottawa

hwertheim Jan 23, 2012 06:16 PM

We have run out of Poulain Grand Arome hot chocolate mix from France. Does anyone know where we can find it in Toronto or Ottawa? It is in an orange box.

This place serves it on their menu. Maybe they also sell it or could tell you where to buy it.

I went by Gourmand to try it today - unfortunately they seem to have switched suppliers, despite it being on their menu.

Yes it looks like it but they person I spoke to over the phone told me that they could place an order.
Apparently the box costs about 9 dollars.

If you are in Ottawa I suggest you try one of our chocolatiers:

      Truffle Treasures

      The Candy Store

      Louise's Belgian Chocolates

I don't know for sure if they carry the hot chocolate mix you are looking for so you might want to call first.

      Good luck with your search!

Hi Hanna, call Pusateri's Bay and Avenue location. They carry Poulain, not sure if they have the orange box.

Can't you just order it online? Is this the stuff you're looking for?

Just saw a post about Poulain Grand Arome.
A French person asked the same question and someone said that you can find it here:
            Max (2299 Bloor St. W. Toronto, ON 416 766-6362)
Apparently you can also find it at the St. Lawrence Market. Not sure which store though.
            The post was from 2010.
I second Pusateri's. They have a lot of gourmet stuff.
