Private lunch at Salumi
My wife and I are visiting Seattle next month and want to try the private lunch at Salumi on 2/23 or 2/24. The only problem is that we're just two people and you need 8-10 to participate. Are any fellow hounds interested in joining us, or does anyone have any suggestions on how to put together a group? We'd also appreciate feedback from anyone who has done this in the past.

Meetup.com is huge in Seattle. There are several dining and foodie groups. You might contact a few of those group organizers.

I think it might be fun if this turned into a local CH'ers outing.
Perhaps NY would proffer an email (on their profile), and we can just make an email group and figure it out. Shouldn't be too difficult!

I can commit to either day, and would probably bring a +1.I take it NYlocavore, that you and your spouse are coming from New York?
