Great Lunch Spot in Los Angeles
Hey there,
i am looking for advice regarding a good lunch spot in LA. A lot of the places I am looking at only do dinner. Any thoughts? I need a sit-down place with some charm and of course, great food.
Thanks.

LA is a big place. Perhaps you could be more specific with your approximate desired location.

Hey Ray - indeed, sorry about that. Initially looking in the West Hollywood part of town.

Well I went to cecconis and it was awesome. A very diverse menu with both big and small plates - lots of salads snd wood-fired options. The ambiance is great on the patio /terrace. Save room for dessert!

Well, you have a few choices although I wouldn't say any of them are fantastic. Cecconi's is a good suggestion. Other ideas: Taste, Comme Ca, The Palm (decent steak, great martini's, big bill). Expanding your area to Beverly Hills will yield a few more options.

Son of a Gun does lunch now. That would be my first choice (although I guess technically it's not WeHo.) Comme Ca is good too, but only for the burger IMO.

If you're willing to do Beverly Hills the patio lunch at Spago is wonderful.

Lucques does a lovely pricey lunch which is especially nice in their patio. Also, Mezze on La Cienega is you want that type of food
