Best bloody mary in the Quarter?

Good morning! I am in the FQ this morning and am in dire need of an excellent bloody mary. Where to go?

Best? Not sure, as I have not had them all.

Great? Well, I like those at the Carousel Bar, as they are somewhat unique, and to my tastes.

Thanks all! twyst, you were right. It was tough to find a bad one. I popped into Brennan's and got one to go. It was quite good. Had another good one at Luke this morning. Back home now. Oh, and by the way...had an excellent meal at GW Fins last night. The lobster dumplings, tuna tarate, black bass with brie macaroni & parmesan encrusted flounder with crispy capers were excellent! Topped off with apple pie and cream brulee. Divine!

Forgot to mention the sizzling oysters at GW Fins. Succulent. Really some of the best I have had.

Next time try Mr. B's - they are very good there. Also the Rib Room does a good one.

Molly's at the Market serves a good Bloody Mary....if you're still in the FQ today....it's located on lower Decatur near The French Market. Daisy Duke's and Cafe Fleur de Lis, in the 100 and 300 blocks of Chartres, respectively, also have tasty and robust Bloody Marys.

Its actually kind of difficult to find a bad bloody mary in the french quarter!
