There were so many new ones at the 2nd Saturdays Wynwood Artwalk in Miami it's hard to keep track of them all now. Nacho Bizness & Nacho Mama's come to mind...mind U I tried neither!

In Orlando, there's a clear top 2

1) Big Wheel Provisions
2) Crooked Spoon

other good options are one of the 3 Korean BBQ Taco Box trucks or the Yum Yum Cupcake truck

I would agree Sam that those 2 are the top 2 especially in terms of "gastro type trucks"

We've got some real nice authentic ethic trucks as well. Pinchomania is a good one.

I definitely concur on big wheel and crooked spoon is on my "must try" list. Though I'm not sure I'm really on board with BBQ taco box, tried the curry ford location and wasn't blown away, maybe I didn't try the right thing! Gotta give my love to the guys at Fish out of water too! Though they can go a little overboard with the sriacha (if that's possible).
