I had amazing oysters at Pressgang, i think they were called Black Pearl Oysters. Does anyone know if that is the correct name. They were medium sized and delicious.
They were most likely actually "black point" oysters. They're the most common ones we get around here They're local and delicious and the quality is consitent.
