Off Strip dining Recomendations

My wife and I will be in LV for 3 nights beginning 1/30. Staying at Venetian and will have a car. Recommendations for "off strip" dining that is highly recommended by locals would be appreciated. Italian, steaks, seafood as well as breakfast places are our preferences. Nora's Cusine looks like the kind of place I'm looking for in terms of a quality menu and price.

I like the breakfasts at Omelet House on Charleston, and Maple Tree on Spring Valley. If you get down Henderson way, try Layers Bakery for lunch or sweets. For steaks, Via Brasil Argentinian Grill would be fun.

Since you have a car, I recommend Todd's Unique in Henderson tonight!
