Potato knish casserole [moved from Site Talk board]

Help! Somewhere a while ago I had a mashed potato casserole that tasted like a knish but without the dough. It did have yeast in it and carmelized onions I actually found a recipe but accidentally deleted it and now can't find another. It's really great for a lot of people without the fuss of making individual knishes.

Yeah, I saw that one but it doesn't have yeast in it, so I don't think that was the one.
