Best hot chocolate?

I'm wondering where you can go for a really delicious hot chocolate (real whip cream would be a bonus!)? I know Soma has their warm chocolate drink.. but where else can you go? Preferably on the subway line.

  1. Bulldog is south east of Carlton & Church. It has good hot chocolate & coffee. Cross your fingers that the owner isn't there when you visit ... you'll know what I'm talking about if you have the misfortune of meeting him.

    1. It's not on the subway line, but you know who makes really good hot chocolate...Mitzi's on College!

      1. I am no expert but my favourite hot chocolate is at Whole Hearth Cafe upstairs in Hazelton Lanes (Avenue Rd entrance). Run by Whole Foods, they make their hot chocolate with a chocolate ganache that is very tasty. Strangely. they do not make it this way at the coffee bar downstairs in store. I have not been offered whipped cream but they probably have it. It is $2.99 for 12 oz.. Cafe is open 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday and Sunday 8 am to 7 pm.

          1. If you have any Mexican markets where you are look for Champurrado. It is traditionally sold during the holidays , but mine are still offering it.
