where should we eat tonight?

Hi everyone, I have four friends in town, and we are going to get dinner tonight, somewhere around the strip. I need a suggestion for someplace reasonably priced, but with a somewhat young/hip vibe. One of the guys wants to go to Fix @ Bellagio, but was looking for something a little more interesting than that.

I would like to spend somewhere around $50 to $70 apiece, with drinks included.
