Baltimore: Dinner near Abermarle Square?

  • 3

Next month, my boyfriend and I are staying at the 1840s Carrollton Inn at Abermarle Square, which is described on their website as being one block north of Little Italy. We won't have a car. Any recommendations for a nice romantic dinner? We'd be willing to hop in a cab or try the Circulator if there's nothing good in walking distance.

Thanks!

  1. It probably depends on what you consider walking distance that night. One mile? That includes most of the Inner harbor & downtown area. Adding in a cab or the bus really widens the net.

You might want to give more parameters including price, cuisine, and if you really want walking distance - how far you are willing to walk.

Sorry about the lack of details. Given that it will likely be pretty cold, we probably wouldn't want to walk more than a half mile -- I'm a wimp when it comes to cold weather! As far as price, no more than $100. Neither of us are big drinkers, and we're both adventurous eaters. We don't need anything fancy as long as the food is good!

    2. A couple of blocks east on Lombard Street is Attman's Deli, excellent sandwiches and such, great for lunch, they have an eat in dining room, the "Kibbitz Room"

Just south and walking distance is Ten Ten

      Also just south is Chazz

The most expensive place in town is just south also, Charleston
