Craving goat water or similar -- any recommendations?

Since the city's lone Kittitian cafe closed a while ago, and the West Indian Parade comes but once a year, I was wondering if anyone knew were I could get some goat water or a similar soup in the city. (It doesn't have to be Kittitian/Nevisian, something similar would suffice.)
