Happy hour at Restaurant 42 in white plains (top of the ritz carlton hotel) has $1 oysters. (in the bar, which is the same floor as the two restaurants).

If you ever find it, do share, but considering Blue Points go for $.99-$1.25 in the shell at pretty much every market I've been to, good luck! For just plain raw oysters on the half shell, Westfair Fish & Chips in Westport does them for $6.95/6. The best price I've seen in CT since I've lived here ('92). It was a very rude awakening when I moved from FL and $11 buckets of oysters (5-6 dozen in a bucket)- no frills- just shucked and thrown on the bar, but served with all the saltines, cocktail sauce and horseradish you care to eat. *sigh*
