Hi,

Am luking for some indian caterers who can provide Indian food for my son's first birthday party.. Am planning to invite about 30 - 40 pple for the party and wanna spend abt $8 - $ 10 /person.. To avoid delivery charges, it would be gr8 to find areas within San diego area....

Can anybody suggest on this, so that i can get good food, without spending too much...

Thank you,

I know Punjabi Tandoor does a solid catering business.

2nd Punjabi Tandoor. Im not sure if Allen is doing catering while his truck/resto is closed, but I did notice a Copper Chimney catering van in that strip mall last month (www.sdcopperchimney.com)

Did Copper Chimney move? We were at the Spice Court yesterday, and the clerk said the restaurant was 'gone." Don't know if that meant moved or out of business (the clerk wasn't the move personable of employees).

            Google is your friend: http://sdcopperchimney.com/

Summary: looking for a new spot. Maybe the Spice Court owner wanted more money, or maybe they had a falling out for whatever reason. Been closed since late November, according to the TwitterStamp. This might be good if one wants to hire him for catering, though.
