Creme fraiche vs creme cheese
I do an easy appetizer by putting a dollop of creme fraiche on a fancy potato chip and then topping that with smoked salmon and a piece of dill. I have some leftover creme cheese I want to sub for the creme fraiche. I thought I'd thin the creme cheese a smidge. Should I use sour creme or Greek yogurt, both of which I have? Thanks!
