Chopped chicken liver at Nate 'n Als in Beverly Hills. I have tried chopped liver from other delis and Nate'n Al's is the best (in my opinion)

Langer's is very good. Brent's is good but on the sweet side and not for every taste. Gelson's Markets make a good homemade version available from their deli for the Jewish Holidays.

I have to agree with you on Brent's. We thought we were the only ones who thought their liver was sweet.
Mort's chopped liver is also on a par with Nate 'n' Al's

        Likely suspects:

Greenblatt's, Barney Greengrass, Canter's and Billy's in Glendale.

ADD: Forgot to include Art's in the SVF the first time around.

I can't stand Barney Greengrass' chopped liver. It tastes more like calves liver than chicken liver. In other words, it is too "liver-y " for my palate. Nate 'n Al's is the best and the only place I will order chopped liver Have had Brent's and it just isn't as pleasing to my palate.

I haven't had chopped liver from very many places, so my opinion is not that well-informed, but I do like Tatiana's in West Hollywood. It's Russian.

I went to Tatiana today and they had no chopped liver. I hope I didn't send anybody on a wild goose chase.
