LUCKY PHILLY - We'll soon have TWO Burger.org locations!

I was just in thr South Street location last night - had a yummy Steak sandwhich and sweetpotato fies and a diet coke -mmmmmmm and asked when they are moving, THEY ARE NOT! A second place on Chestnut will be opening either later this week or next. YEAH!!!!!!!!! MOre yummy food for the city!!!!!

Sad news though - the chicken meatballs from thr other location never made it to South Street. Big mistake IMO. I had planned them as part of tonight's dinner:(

Happy news_ we tried the Grilled chicken wings, brought them home. Ate some last night and today and finished them off. FABULOUS! A MUST BUY! Buy extras for the fridge for when you neeed a snack later on. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good!

Anyone been yet? Is there any seating in the restaurant or is it just takeout?

There are 14 stools with a bar. Kind of small but enough room to sit at the bar.

FYI - burger.org opened tonight and Crisp is kosher starting tomorrow!

Perhaps I'm writing this a bit late, but let me ask anyway.

I'm here in Philly for today on business. I'm at 19th and Market.

Too bad that Burger.org open's on Thursday and not today according to the other posters. Where would be a good place to get lunch today?

Thanks in advance all you Philly chowers.

Mama's is right near you, on 20th just two tiny blocks south of Market.

If you want to walk a bit, Su Xing House is on Sansom & 15th (two blocks south of City Hall).

Thanks! I went there (Mama's) for lunch. The falafel in pita was great!

Both excellent suggestions. Yummy meals at both always!

Word on the street is the second Burger.org location opens on Thursday!

Also, word on the street is that Crisp Philly is going kosher this week under the IKC - Rabbi Schwarcz. They are a block away on 18th just north of chestnut. It is mostly falafel, which we have a lot of, but the menu looks interesting. The exciting part is they have real cheese flatbread pizza, the first kosher pizza available in Center City. YUM! Very exciting developments!
