What about Dixie Crossroads in Titusville? It looks like it is a straight shot down 95 . They have taste but no atmosphere or view to speak of. Reminds me of a seafood house from the 80's but yummy rock shrimp. lol I just looked at the map and it is a couple of hours sorry.

Lived in Jax back when. Drove to Titusville to get the rock shrimp. Get the broiled and forget anything else. Hush puppies are the best in central Florida. And close to the worse. But usually edible.

Rock Shrimp are hard to find as a regular item. The closest place I know of is Lang's in St. mary's GA. That's a bit of an excursion for you, (about an hour) but doable if you really have a craving
