Good vegetarian too?

We would appreciate your suggestions regarding a restaurant with interesting vegetarian items on their menu for a lunch pre-theater. My wife is a vegetarian and very vigilant regarding her diet. All vegetarian is fine or if not a menu with interesting vegetarian selections would be quite nice. Thanks

La Silhouette does a nice job of accommodating vegetarians. Tocqueville does a bit better and lunch is great there. Jean George and Eleven Madison Park are nice high end options which will definiately accommodate you.

For a pre-theater lunch, maybe DB Bistro Moderne, La Silhouette, or Kyotofu.
