vegetarian ramen with housemade noodles?
There seemed to be a ton of interesting ramen places when I went to the West End area last year, but I couldn't find any with a vegetarian broth.

Sanpachi on West Broadway has Veggie Ramen w/Veggie Broth not sure about the Robson St store.
I doubt the noodles are housemade though.

Not *in* Vancouver that I know of. I think Santouka imports their own from one of the US branches.
