2012 Fancy Food Show 1/15-17
The one taste that caught my fancy on Sunday was the Artisanal Pork from Iberico Fresco: acorn-fed Iberico de Bellota - available in San Francisco at Nijiya Market in Japantown at 1737 Post Street at Webster St.

At Cochon SF last summer I had a chance to talk to Iberico Fresco's PR person (sadly, the samples were gone). She mentioned that Stark's Steakhouse in Santa Rosa and Incanto in SF were among the restaurants using the product at that time.
