There's a veggie pho place up on Kingsway-the name escapes me right now.

      " ....... up on Kingsway ........"

You might have to narrow that down a bit, Sam, LOL !

It might have 'lemon' in the name and Yes I know Kingsway is awash in Vietnamese restaurants.

        Green Lemongrass is that it?

I tried the spicy veg pho at Hanoi Pho on Hastings in the summer. It was more than decent.

Chau VeggieExpress has some vegetarian noodle soups on their menu: http://www.chowatchau.ca/veggie/menu....

I haven't tried yet but my SIL said the food was great.

I've been racking my brain for a place that has good bahn xheo and come up empty (the one place I did like it is no more). But I thought I'd mention the bot chien at Green Lemon Grass, since it's veg and very good.
