vietnamese crepe? vegetarian pho?

where can I get a delicious vietnamese crepe and vegetarian pho? recently had really delicious versions in Bellingham at a place called Soy House.

I've been racking my brain for a place that has good bahn xheo and come up empty (the one place I did like it is no more). But I thought I'd mention the bot chien at Green Lemon Grass, since it's veg and very good.

I had vietnamese crepe at phnom penh. I don't remember if there was meat inside thought.

I haven't tried yet but my SIL said the food was great.

I tried the spicy veg pho at Hanoi Pho on Hastings in the summer. It was more than decent.
